THE MACBETHS is Shakespeare braided into entirely new material: half Shakespeare, half Walterhoope.
No longer medieval kings and queens, the Macbeths are reimagined as an ordinary American working class couple, caught in the middle of a shifting economic landscape. Affected by downsizing and dwindling opportunity, they face the question: How far would you go to get what you think deserve?
